Every year, the Chalfonts Community College organise a Christmas Extravaganza where local businesses can sell products that would make ideal Christmas gifts.
If your business would like to take a stall at the event, please see below for full details of what to do:
Dear business owner,
I would like to invite you to attend our Christmas Extravaganza at Chalfonts Community College on Wednesday 23rd November.
We are offering two pricing options for stalls this year as follows:
1) £20 for space only (no tables)
2) £25 for up to 2 tables
We would also be grateful to receive your donation of a raffle/tombola prize on the night if possible.
The event will start at 7pm and finish around 9.30-10pm. Access and set up for stall holders will be from 5.30pm and we will send out full details and directions the week prior to the event.
Last year over 500 people visited our Christmas Extravaganza.
It will be extensively advertised on the Internet and throughout our wide South Bucks catchment area.
If you would like to join us please reply via e-mail in the first instance to Sue.firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm your interest. Then please send a cheque for the correct amount payable to Chalfonts Community College PTA to the following address: (please note cheques won’t be cashed until after the event).
